This is a pretty innovative idea, and would add good value to the second and third round owners of vehicles. I wonder if it would ease depreciation too, making vehicles bought on PCP more affordable, and therefore shifting the bias of sales more towards new. That would help achieve the target if getting ICE car volumes down.
