Is the “recorder” thing you do helpful? What’s the return on the time spent? Does anyone else do it? What advice would the people who are good at the job give you? What did they do to get where they are?
- tinktank 5y agoIt's incredible helpful. It's moved me from "know nothing" to "can contribute". Others do it on occasion but not as much as me. I've asked others for advice and the general consensus is to give it time and not try to focus on too much. I'm doing both, I just find even with time progress seems to be very slow
