Excited for SB9 and what you are doing! However, could you be more specific about the example lot you shared of 4511 Sally Dr? Looking at that on Google Maps ( https://goo.gl/maps/ZJUS37dskqd3f3jFA https://goo.gl/maps/ZJUS37dskqd3f3jFA ) , it seems like there is not enough room to add anything more than an ADU to the current parcel. Is the idea that the existing house would be torn down, lot split into two, and two new houses then built? If so, could you clarify on the costs because you indicted you are only financing one house. If not, could you point out how you could possibly manage to fit another house there?
