Great job. I’ve always felt “sun impact” is one of those things that are never well presented in real estate, so maybe there’s a market gap there. Even just figuring out where the sun will be coming from and when it rises at certain parts of the year seems semi-trivial (there’s a couple of web apps around that have been doing it for years), but it’s rarely well integrated in the presentation of an object to be sold or rented out.
