That last link says that data is exempt from CCPA.

- joeframbach 5y agoThat sounds wrong. TWN having this data is not a condition of my employment.
- beembeem 5y agoCorrect. There's no legal requirement to give salary data or any employment data to a private third party CRA.
- int_19h 5y agoIsn't this basically just federal law overriding state law?
