Is there any caselaw out there where say, an airsoft manufacturer sued a player who was cheating during some airsoft game? Or a better example, an airsoft manufacturer suing someone who made youtube videos about how to pretend you haven't been hit when you really have been? I'm just trying to figure out what actionable damages there are here to Activision, besides "people cheat at our games and it makes our customers sad". Could Titelist sue me for cheating during a game of golf with my buddies just because I was using one of their balls? Could they sue my uncle for showing me how to change the 8 to a 3 on the score card before we hit the 19th hole?
