The metrics presentation on the page are very misleading. The use of color is confusing (red generally means bad or getting worse, green means good or getting better). The up/down arrows are seemingly red or blue arbitrarily. Why are the four rows each colored differently? Just a bizarre UI. If you have to present data to a user, please read a book by Edward Tufte first.
