- ajmurmann 5y agoSo, if I predict something catastrophical will happen and I make efforts to prepare for it, I'm part of the problem?
- im3w1l 5y agoThis is a great question and my answer is possibly. If you prepare so much that you stand to gain from it coming about, then it does create perverse incentives. And it could make you part of the problem.
- easytiger 5y agoThe institutions are stating that exploitation of the status quo to implement X is an opportunity. One that usually comes at the cost of individuals
