But only because the vast majority of our focus is on the person - their character, attitude, what drives them, what motivates them, how do they treat others, what are their communication skills, etc. Very little is spent on technical capabilities. This has served us well, but hiring takes longer and is more involved. A lot of people fall out of the process early on, but it is totally worth it.
