For what it's worth, we test our in-house developed interviews on our own employees. I don't believe they're any harder than the interviews I had to perform 12-13 years ago. If anything I think they're easier, because I remember a lot of weird trick-logic "Google" questions during the late 2000s that didn't even touch programming or software.
