I suppose it depends what you mean by alcoholic, or perhaps to what extent. And what aspect of that you consider to be fun. Is it that your social life primarily revolves around partying, going to bars and clubs, etc, and you haven't really socialised with friends in a different way because that's just how you get together? Or is it that it's impossible to feel entertained unless you're drunk? I think the answers for either of those scenarios will be quite different, but the one thing in common is to understand what specific needs need the alcohol is satisfying (in addition to the 'fun'), so that you can explore alternatives.
