  Apple does not seem to buy (at that time) struggling businesses, Tesla mostly succeeded with influencer marketing (Elon, Cathy, Chamath, Bitcoin) Apple's strategy is to wait for the market/demand to mature then capture with innovation and product-led growth - ex: Fitbit > Apple Watch, Beats > Airpods
