No, the obvious solution is to allocate slots by auction instead of arbitrary rules set by the government.
- sofixa 5y agoThat'd how things were before, and it didn't work - there were just local monopolies by carriers who'd prefer not to have competitors and jack up the prices. Those "arbitrary" rules try to ensure competition.
