That's the common downside of all Bitcoin Trading Platforms. Currently it's virtually impossible to have all three criteria of a good online payment system other than Bitcoin:
- Instantly available
- Reliable (maybe law-regulated, bank-operated or systematically-controlled)
- Non-reversible
