I mean in many countries torrent search/website operators were prosecuted despite only hosting links/metadata. e.g. People involved with The Pirate Bay. I feel bad about DMCA being used at all. I don’t want anyone prosecuted for sharing information. I’m just mentioning that the “it’s just links” defense might not hold up, based on prior events.
