It's probably better to report this as "reshuffling" than quitting. People are quitting jobs for new ones. Better pay, less legacy, new opportunities, and more autonomy. Everyone is taking advantage of the market conditions. In the end, I think this will be a good step for humanity. More people will find their passion/calling and take risks they normally wouldn't.
