In Poland you just get cut off after a few months of nonpayments. I know because I forgot to pay a few times.
I think we have social programs for people who can't pay for electricity. Or at least I hope so...
- ptsneves 5y agoThe same in Portugal,a very socialistic country. You will likely get an extra fee for reconnection even. Truth be told neither in Poland nor Portugal have i ever had power going out due to demand and the grid is generally reliable for years.
