This sounds like a pretty good strategy to me. I'd like to see some syntax examples. And I hope they have a JavaScript-to-Dash converter so I can move over as much as my existing codebase as possible.
- arctangent 15y agoThe article says: "The Dash Cross Compiler should be capable of taking typed Closure code (with some restrictions) and converting to Dash. Although the migration process won’t be fully automatic, it should make moving over to a Dash codebase somewhat easier." I agree that a JS->Dash/Dart compiler is necessary to improve take-up of the new language.
