It's a complicated question, for example I think the US/Canada border should be open, but overall I don't believe on open borders and think there should be enforced limits on immigration. That said, I still believe in civil disobedience and in people behaving according to their conscience. Such behavior is a major defence against what would otherwise be psychopathy in government. It shouldn't be based on whether I agree or disagree, and in general there should still be consequences for actions, but civil disobedience is still important
