I'd be willing to pay more for a better experience. When you go to a restaurant who treats their employees like shit, those same employees seem to not give a shit, because they aren't paid well enough to give a shit. I'd rather go to a great restaurant once than a shit one three times. It's pretty hard to be hospitable to your guests when you aren't treated hospitably by your employer. Inhospitality trickles down too.
