To the comments regarding unable to purchase foods that are healthy - maybe we should re-introduce "home econ" to middle and high school? Let us teach our children how to cook their own food. Maybe this will allow them to eat healthier. Clearly the "food pyramid", scientific articles, or scare tactics do not seem to work.
