It would be a vast simplification, it would be combining slow and fast twitch muscle fibers, it would be combining heart and legs and torso muscles... you would want to be far more precise when dealing with an individual and evaluating how to benefit or correct their musculature. But still, you could probably take any group of ten people and quickly arrange them in a line from lowest to highest 's' score. You would find a huge correlation between 's' and various professions. Equating it with astrology is silly, a rhetorical flourish that nobody sensible could believe.
