I tried to submit a product using the site's form[0], but only get a page error. The product I wanted to submit was Tilley hat (made in Canada). I had one with some wear after 10 years that made it unsuitable for everyday use. They did send me a "free" replacement (I still had to pay $20) and the replacement hat, while very nice, no longer came with a lifetime warranty. And I had to send a photo to prove that I had destroyed the worn out hat. I think they still offer products with a lifetime warranty, but now you have to register the product when you buy it and I think they've introduced some other restrictions.
