- anshumankmr 5y agoMemorabilia is different from using the brand name. Like I don't imagine we will be seeing a Theranos brand being slapped on medicines anytime soon (or at least that is what I thought the parent comment was asking about). That being said, I would hope the Theranos brand is sold and it assets liquidated to repay every person who had a fraudulent test result.
