- TheMagicHorsey 5y agoRead what I wrote carefully. I was not interested in 0 sugar. Only zero added sugars. I don't add honey to everything, besides.
- foobiekr 5y agoIt is arguably worse if fructose actually turns out to be the issue.
- tsol 5y agoActually there are (minor) meaningful health considerations to be made between sweeteners like sugar and honey. >Honey has a lower glycemic index (GI) than sugar, too. The glycemic index measures how quickly a carbohydrate raises blood sugar levels. Honey has a GI score of 58, and sugar has a GI value of 60. That means honey (like all carbohydrates) raises blood sugar quickly, but not quite as fast as sugar. So not game changing, but if you have to make a choice one is likely a little better https://www.webmd.com/diabetes/honey-diabetes#:~:text=Honey%20has%20a%20lower%20glycemic,quite%20as%20fast%20as%20sugar https://www.webmd.com/diabetes/honey-diabetes#:~:text=Honey%....
