If people feel that it is important to them they will make sure you know it. Otherwise if unsure maybe ask? I don't feel the need to put the pronouns as I don't care about it and find it toxic that it is being peer pressured uppon me. I also support anyone who wants to put their pronouns in the signature or whatever. If it is something important to them then I'll respect their choice, even if they go with something silly like Xor/Xir.
