- jacquesm 5y agoYou're welcome. Think of it as a bit of a counterweight to Scott Aaronson's gushing admiration masquerading as a review. The way Chan immediately incorporated new information into a goal-posts moved version of the lab leak theory while at the same time professing to be just a disinterested party looking for the truth is telling to me. I'm all for a ban on weaponizing viral research, gain of function and so on. But none of the discounts the main problem with the lab leak theory: a total lack of evidence.
