- ajuc 5y agoIt's sad that because of the farce that diversity and tolerance has become in USA - people in countries that could actually use some diversity are discouraged from it. If you want equality of outcomes maybe instead of giving points for skin color and gender - consider reducing the barriers of entry (which in USA are almost always economic in the end)? It would not only solve the problem people of color, but also for "white trash" and other disadvantaged groups that aren't trendy.
