I recently bought a Fitbit to measure my workouts in FitBod (wonderful workout app btw). 1.5 hours of weights was about 650 calories, leaving me feeling rather chuffed. Then I took my dog for a four mile walk, resulting in an additional 630 calories. I got humbled by my dog.
