Like AI, if you define innovation as something large enough then we'll never get there. I think there's a lot in the small steps. It's only by implementing a framework ten times that it'll be done really well. In one language you'd never get traction for the later frameworks. If each community does one with knowledge of the ones before them eventually a great implementation will be created.
