I'm building some tools around project planning in markdown. [0] It's not intended to be a replacement for the heavy-hitters, like MS Project or OmniPlan or anything like that... it's much more basic. Think very simple, "back-of-the-envelope" project planning. The primary benefit is to make the first step of planning (writing it down) a little easier for developers like me, who tend to spend too much time with their head in the clouds. I've been using the syntax for about a year now and I've found my motivation and focus improve a lot. Is anyone else out there planning in markdown?
