I use the Nomorobo app and I also add any spammers that manage to still get through to a contact I titled "DO NOT ANSWER". And as soon as Apple added the option I set that contact to go straight to voicemail. I must have a few thousand numbers in it now - freaking ridiculous. Sadly with cheap VOIP numbers I rarely get more than one call from the same number - apparently it's too cheap and easy for them to buy new numbers to rotate through.
