The coding aspect depends on the role and the company. Most of my interviews were for a senior manager role and did not have coding, focusing on system design and behavioral, with the exception of one unicorn that rejected me after a coding screen for a Director role (that I thought I nailed). Mind you, all other companies skipped me past the tech screen, not sure how common that is for managers. Google downleveled and wanted to administer a coding session for L6, which I declined. I know that Facebook still has coding for senior managers (M2) but not directors (D1+).
