Amusingly, I'd bet the tone you're getting from that comment is probably the same tone the commenter got from the "You" thing in the first place. To me, the capital You reads kind of aggressively. It adds an unusual amount of emphasis to the word which only/mainly happens when an upset person is making an accusation.
