Good luck. I've managed $x,xxx,xxx/yr spend accounts and while you have account reps, they're normally just as in the dark as the customers. It is even worse for any SEO issues, there isn't even an "official" avenue besides asking for help from unpaid strangers in Google's forums or maybe you can get Gary Illyes or John Mueller to give a non-answer answer.
