Water Cremation (Alkaline Hydrolysis)
- PaulHoule 5y agoI was interested to see that Phaunef, a funeral home in my hometown (Manchester NH) was one of the first to offer this. Phanef served many members in my family and was also a leader in direct cremation. (Cremation turned out to be a big fight in my family as my aunt was angry that my dad didn’t get a big Catholic funeral. The people at the church told her to quit coming around complaining about it because there was nothing they could do about it. In the following years my family got strongly turned off from the church for many reasons, particularly the ‘pray for the pedophile priests’ BS. One brother had one in the church that was actually pretty inspiring and almost evangelical in its viewpoint, but he was a traditional family man who really deserved it.)
