Yeah, seems someone is conflating "200% pay increase" and "200% pay". Not clear which one is right from the article.
- hoten 5y agoOutside of a math class the latter is never what anyone means. Your manager won't frame an annual raise as "104% pay". Just to say, it's odd how often people trip themselves up on this!
