Don’t listen to the people who say time is the answer. The time is now and we never know if we’re going to get tomorrow. What I’ve come to peace with in my life is that suffering gives us an opportunity to intercede for others. It is a gift. If you haven’t read Viktor Frankl’s Man’s Search for Meaning I would highly recommend it. Your last sentence is telling. “It’s not real unless I share it with someone else”. You don’t yet know the life you might change for the better by simply sharing you story. With this past you have the power to connect with others and intercede in their life. This is the greatest gift one can give another. Be kind with yourself and any others involved. The golden rule is diagnostic. You will love others the way you love yourself.
