Is there any proof in this post that Telegram actually circumvent Google Translate API ? Because it is also possible that Google told Telegram to use the method explained in the article.

- aenis 5y agoYup. And those guys will get bonus points for actively evading detection. IANAL, but its one thing to use an open api and claim ignorance, and quite another to intentionally defeat access restrictions/rate limits. Stupid thing to do.
- jmnicolas 5y agoWhy would they concatenate the API url string then? The only reason I see is to avoid detection when their app is scanned when submitted to the PlayStore.
