Now they seem to have evolved in rigid walled gardens where the prospect of riches make it even worse: you are surrounded by people who do not really care about doing a great job, but just want to strike down tickets. I seriously hope the author is right, and that indeed, "the more you tighten your grip, the more star systems will slip through your fingers."
