I hope vaccinations will develop into some kind of regular maintenance thing like software updates. With the mRNA technology that would be really easy. Scary for many people, also, but really, why not? Every year there are scientific reasons to update the immunization for almost everyone against certain antigens. This way we may eliminate many strains of Sars-Cov-2, Influenza, other cold viruses, measles, maybe even HIV and the Herpes family eventually.
Usually, there's also no reason not to give multiple vaccines in one go, even mix them up in one vial. It's usually not done for several convenience reasons. Mixing them up makes statistical analysis harder, also you can't demix them if one of them gets pulled and so on. But there's no medical reason there couldn't be a single "general update vaccine" for a dozen or more different antigens.
