- xyzzy_plugh 5y agoAre you really implying that all willing Chromebook users would prefer an iPad? Chromebooks just work, they're cheap and replaceable, ephemeral even. The UX isn't amazing but it's pretty damn great. iPad UX is by far some of the worst UX I've ever encountered. Nothing is obvious or straightforward, so many weird gestures and an overloaded single button.
