- gnicholas 5y agoWhen buying via craigslist, there are some questions that I don't ask via email so that I can observe the response in real time by asking in-person. Savvy/dishonest sellers may have thought up excuses or fabrications in advance, but most folks hesitate to lie in person, or are transparent when they do so.
