I’m seeing the same thing on outgoing T-Mobile SMS messages. The really nefarious thing is that T-Mobile doesn’t reject the text outright or notify the user. Instead, it pretends it was processed and the recipient just decided not to respond.

That might be the worst aspect of this worse than the censorship itself.
