Note to self/for record: I just turned my computer on the next day and found myself signed out. "!!!"ing I checked a spare phone I'm always signed in to HN on, and found myself signed out there too. I'm still signed in on the phone I was using last night. So this looks like some sort of "sign out of all accounts" thing happened, which I don't think could be connected to a password breach. Whew!
