It may be a big non-issue for you, but having to deploy mobile technicians to a significant percentage of their customers' driveways sounds like a very real issue for Tesla.
- FullyFunctional 5y agoFor certain, but recalls are not unusual for any brand. As best I know Tesla is alone in having the option of an app-scheduled mobile-service which is massively more convenient for me and likely an order of magnitude cheaper for Tesla (compared to bringing in the car to a oversubscribed service center).
