Thanks for this constructive feedback. I live with other engineers, who are fortunately far more intelligent than I am. Maybe I'm projecting here, or maybe I just wish I could reach a similar velocity that my peers have? Anyhow, I'm okay with having a bias to improve, I'm just a bit lost as to how I actually continue the improving part?
