I am young and very healthy and covid, especially omicron, does not have much of an effect on me. At this point, everyone is going to get covid even if 100% of the population is vaccinated. Folks who are worried and/or high risk should of course get the vaccine to reduce covid’s effects. No young person should be forced to take a covid vaccine much less a booster to go to school because covid isn’t the Spanish flu or polio and doesn’t have crippling effects on the young. I have had covid and I am vaccinated with JnJ but I will not be getting boosters. I would like to see the longer term effects of mRNA vaccinations first. I have all my other vaccinations. Most of my immediate family is not vaccinated for covid (while having all other vaccines) and has a similar position.
