- histriosum 5y agoIn order for that argument to make sense, you'd have to make the logical leap that jumping out of the perfectly flyable airplane ceases his responsibility for operating the aircraft. That doesn't seem reasonable, and I doubt any judge would think so...
- kayfox 5y agoAFAIK as PIC you are still responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft even if you bail out of it.
