That's likely because you have a running contract that's not up for price-adjustments. New contracts are significantly higher than 30cent/kwh. The same argument could be made for rents in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. "I've been living here for thirty years in this apartment and the stories about 20€/sqm are just lies".
